The YMCA of Northern Indiana approached us for some user journey consulting. They were looking to identify areas of opportunity to increase both sign-ups and retention of members.

I collaborated with the project manager to talk through various customer personas they had identified from prior research, and we put together these tools for them to use in their decision-making.
