Modular Design Library
My company was looking for a way to increase efficiency on our web design projects, so I created the Anderson Design Library to be used in tandem with our own proprietary CMS framework (Wombat Juice).
Home Page Options
My aim was to create a responsive element for almost every common section that could end up on a homepage. These structural elements could then be customized with CSS if needed for different homepages. Check out this Invision Board to see all the elements I created.
The resource listing and resource detail pages were designed to act as a blog or news section, but with a little editing, they have also been repurposed for staff bios, product catalogs, and event listings.
The gallery template was designed for use as a project portfolio or to feature event photos. It includes a gallery listing layout (for categorization), the gallery itself, and a lightbox photo viewer.
Product Catalog Module
The product catalog module is perfect for showing off items that may be too expensive or complicated to sell online (like luxury cars or foundation laying equipment). Dreammakers Automotive was a solid project that used this as a base, though I customized it a bit further for their use case.
Internal CMS Layout
Every Anderson-Built web project also includes a default internal page with styles, so that our clients don’t end up with lots of mismatching, off-brand fonts when they add or edit a page in the CMS.
I also created a wireframe library based on my initial Anderson concepts - this has allowed us to rapidly build out a basic page structure to present to our clients.
